Initial Consultation

We will meet with you at your property to discuss your ideas, concerns, estimated budget and desires for your project. You will have the opportunity to interview us and review some of our completed projects. After all questions have been answered we will provide you with a written estimate on the number of hours that will be required to complete your preliminary design.

Preliminary Design Consultation

Our designer and estimator will meet with you to present the preliminary design. We will discuss any and all concerns and take detailed notes on your desired changes. Adjustments to the budget will be made as requested. If all parties are in agreement we will proceed to the final plan.

Final Plan Presentation

Our designer and estimator will meet with you to present the final design and the preliminary contract. We will discuss the construction timeline requirements and the budget for the project and take note of any necessary changes.

Contract Signing & Scheduling

After final review and signing of the contract we will discuss scheduling and assign you an estimated start date. You will be provided with a detailed estimated schedule for your project.

Construction

During the construction process you will be in contact with the designer, estimator, and crew foreman. Their job is to ensure that all your questions are answered, concerns addressed, and any requested change orders implemented promptly. You will be walked through each phase of the construction process as it is completed. We will not move on to the next phase of construction without your approval.

Punch List

At the end of your project our designer, estimator, and foreman will complete a comprehensive walk-through of the project with you. We will take detailed notes on any remaining issues or concerns and create a “punch list”. This list will be completed as efficiently as possible before final payment is received.

Customer Training

You will be presented with a detailed binder full of all the hardware specs, change orders, and punch list documents. Your project binder will contain a maintenance schedule for every part of your project. We will also provide you with a CD with all of the digital photos that were taken before, during, and after construction of your project. You will have the option of scheduling any maintenance or service work you would like us to handle for you.
